　　此前一天，重庆考察首站，习近平总书记来到重庆国际物流枢纽园区。在西部陆海新通道重庆无水港运营调度中心，总书记听取新通道建设情况汇报。

　　“物流是实体经济的‘筋络’。建设西部陆海新通道，对于推动形成‘陆海内外联动、东西双向互济’的对外开放格局具有重要意义。”总书记指出，“各有关方面要齐心协力，把这一标志性项目建设好、运营好，带动西部和内陆地区高水平对外开放。”

　　去年12月14日，习近平总书记在广西南宁中国—东盟信息港股份有限公司考察时，结合平陆运河沙盘听取西部陆海新通道骨干工程建设汇报。

　　——从“一条线”到“一张网”的转变

　　重庆国际物流枢纽园区，团结村中心站里，大货车来回穿梭，龙门吊起落不停，一列装有汽车零部件的班列呼啸而出，驶往广西钦州港，将衔接海运，把货物运往东南亚。

　　十多年前，团结村站每天只发几班车，周围还是一片农田。

　　2016年3月，在重庆国际物流枢纽园区，中国重庆、广西和新加坡企业代表举行会议，酝酿一条新的出海大通道。2017年，西部陆海新通道的前身——渝黔桂新“南向通道”班列在重庆首发。2019年8月，国家发改委印发《西部陆海新通道总体规划》，通道建设从地方探索上升为国家战略。

　　如今，西部陆海新通道以重庆为运营中心、各西部省区市为关键节点，利用铁路、海运、公路等运输方式，辐射我国18个省区市的71个城市，北接丝绸之路经济带，南连21世纪海上丝绸之路，协同衔接长江经济带。

　　“物流园区要积极运用先进技术，不断创新联运模式，提高科学管理水平，在建设现代物流体系中发挥更大作用。”在重庆无水港运营调度中心考察时，习近平总书记提出新的要求。

　　按照规划，到2025年，西部陆海新通道将基本形成南北贯通、陆海联动、开放共享、辐射有力、协同一体的综合交通运输体系。

　　从渝黔桂新“南向通道”到西部陆海新通道，从“一条线”到“一张网”的转变，让我国西部地区更加紧密地拥抱世界。

　　2023年12月29日，西部陆海新通道再添一条新线路。

　　西部陆海新通道中老泰跨境铁路班列从重庆团结村中心站首发，沿中老铁路开行，5天后到达泰国玛达普站。这是重庆与泰国之间首趟全程采用铁路运输的西部陆海新通道国际货运班列，物流时间比传统海运缩短近20天，成本降低20%以上。

　　在新时代推动西部大开发座谈会上，习近平总书记强调：“大力推进西部陆海新通道建设，推动沿线地区开发开放，深度融入共建‘一带一路’。”

　　依托西部陆海新通道，重庆携手沿线省区市与老挝合作打造现代农业产业园项目，与柬埔寨合作探索“中柬香蕉产业园”项目，打造“运贸产”一体化香蕉供应链等。

　　2021年4月，在广西考察时，习近平总书记指出，“要主动对接长江经济带发展、粤港澳大湾区建设等国家重大战略，融入共建‘一带一路’，高水平共建西部陆海新通道”。

　　这次在重庆考察，总书记强调，重庆要以敢为人先的勇气，全面深化改革，扩大高水平对外开放。其中，重要一方面就是“积极融入全国统一大市场建设，主动融入和服务国家重大战略，在推动共建‘一带一路’、长江经济带、西部陆海新通道联动发展中发挥更大作用。”

　　重庆是西部大开发的重要战略支点，处在“一带一路”和长江经济带的联结点上，成渝地区双城经济圈、西部陆海新通道、长江经济带高质量发展等国家战略叠加，在国家区域发展和对外开放格局中具有独特而重要的作用。
